This class has the following requirements.
1. Four short exams. These will take place on Thursdays and will consist of ten short single answer questions covering the previous two weeks readings. They will each be worth nine percent of your final grade (cumulatively adding up to 36 percent of your grade).
2. A term paper that will be worth 25 percent of your grade.
3. A cumulative final exam that will be worth 25 percent of your grade. The exam will consist of an essay question and seven short identifications.
4. Class participation will be worth 14 percent of your grade.
