I did not show up to protest because I did not want any trouble with my record, but I firmly believe that the news coverage and attitude towards protesters is ever more immature and incomplete than their actions ever were, DAMAGE OR NOT. Maybe those people felt like the UC could spend a little money fixing a room with all the other campus building projects that our new tuition is being used for indirectly through bonds.
